Hello! Hola!!! I'm from Russia and my name is Roman. Me and my wife had a beautiful rest within 2 weeks from october 1st till october 15th 2011 in the Michelangelo Residencial in Salou. It was so pretty, just no words (excuse me my not good english). Catalunya is not enough Spain, it more easy and friendly. From my point of view, Salou is the one of the most beautiful places in the world to rest. Soft mediterranian climat very helpful for any man, clear weather and blue-green sea with golden sparks of sand put your mind in the feel of paradise. It's really so! Hotel Michelangelo is ok for it three stars. Wide apartaments include bedroom, guest room with two beds, little kitchen, wc and, of course, great terrace with table & four armchairs. Restoraunt is big, much of any food and drinks (on breakfasts). Better to have pansion HB. Pleasure rest for all of you! Adeu!

Hi. Stayed in the Hotel Playa de Oro in Salou from 21st-28th June 2011. Although the hotel was very clean. I wouldn't rate it as being a 3 star, more like a 2 star hotel. The food was very poor. Had to eat out most of the time despite having booked half board. Enjoyed Salou, Portaventura and Caribe waterpark. Weather was fantastic. Salou has something for everyone. Prices were quite expensive in Portaventura, but similar to prices of 2 yrs ago when I visited Salou previously.

i Stayed in the hotel playa park and it was lovely, the staff were really nice and friendly, the rooms had a nice few and they where clean, the entertainment was brillant and there was lots of activities to do during the day and night. I would go back to this hotel because i was treated really nice and the hotel had a variety of things to do.

Stayed in La Pineda six times now - love it. Quiet and out of Salou but still close to everything. A ride to the Portadventura theme park - walk to the waterpark and a step to the beach - what else could we ask for. Stayed in Palas Pineda before and love this hotel. Going again in August 2010. Our 7 year old loves the slide into pool and we all loved the food, rooms, staff etc.Looking forward to our forthcoming stay.

Hi All, Hope you all had a great summer and hope our winter is short and mild.
We had our main summer holiday in the Costa Dorada in Spain this year and based ourselves in Salou staying at the Vila Ramada hotel through First Choice, for the third year and again gave first class service.
Using the public transport i.e. buses and trains to get around all I can say is do it the hole area from Barcelona, Cambrils, Taragona , Salou to Hos’pital del Infant its just fantastic and the hotel is, well 9/10 it does what it says on the tin prices are quite high so need to watch your budget but this should not put you off but please visit the area its well worth it we will return.

Went to salou with my parents for first time in 2007. My mother doesn't like to fly but once we arrived in the resort she thought it was so good that she booked for the next year(08) within one week of arriving home. It has everything you could need for a good holiday, either family or group of friends. We are looking forward to going again next august. I CAN'T WAIT.
