Los Peces Apartments Salou, Costa Dorada, Spain
The Los Peces Apartments are situated in Cl La Rioja- Avenida Principado De Andorra.The Los Peces was built in the 1960's and comprises of a 6 floor apartment block with both holiday and residential apartments.
The apartments themseleves are spacious, and the quality varies per apartment, although generally good quality if a little basic, the quality does reflect in the price you pay for these apartments.
The general look of the apartment block is that is does look a little drab, the plus side is that they are budget apartments, they are in an ecellent location with just a few minutes walk to the beach and the centre of Salou.
Facilities at Los Peces comprise of a small reception on the side of the block, an outside pool that is clean and tidy, crazy golf and pool tables. There is no restaurant or bar at the Los Peces although these can be found vaery close to the apartments. There is also a well stocked supermarket situated underneath the apartment block which is well stocked and one of the best in the area. There is also a small snack bar / ice-cream kiosk next to the crazy gold.
Bus stops to PortAventura and Cambrils are situated just outside as is the road train stop.
I have personally stayed in the Los Peces apartment on two occasions, the first was very respectable, the second was not so good quality, but like I have said this is reflected in the price of the apartments.
A deposit s required when you take the keys to your apartment.
If you are looking for luxury then the Los Peces apartments are not for you, if you want somewhere to stay that is central and is within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars then the Los Peces are a bargain.
If you are not happy with your apartment, then you MUST head for reception and let them know. The Los Peces recption also acts for reception for a number of similar apartment blocks in Salou, so if your not happy, if should not prove too much of a problem to be moved.
