La Pineda is situated a short distance to the east of Salou on the Costa Daurada (Dorada) in the Catalonia region of Spain. The closest airport is Reus, with a flight time of around 1.5 hours from UK's London airports. La pineda is a quiet resort and is ideal for family holidays in the sun. When to visit La Pineda
The months of July and August are the busiest months for La Pineda, outisde of these months give the resort a more relaxing atmosphere quieter atmosphere. The holiday season in La Pineda lasts from Late march till Late October'While La Pineda is undoubtedly a family resort and quieter than its neighbour Salou if you want to up the pace and find more nightlife then both Salou and Cambril's are easily reached via the frequent bus service and costs only a couple of euros.
