Salou

La Pineda

La Pineda is just to the east of Salou, and is a resort more suited to families with young children as it is quieter than its neighbour Salou.

Nice golden beaches and a good selection of restaurants and bars. La Pineda is also home to the Aquopolis water park. Both Salou and Cambrils are easily reached via bus.

Barcelona

Visit BarcelonaBarcelona is about two hours drive from Salou and is a 'must see' city. A stroll down 'Las Ramblas' and a visit to Barcelona's Camp Nou stadium should be high on your agenda. Barcelona is easily reached by train or Coach. Look for the Plana bus ticket booths around Salou.
